The ZSE Agent portal is a one stop source where Vendors can serve business clients by providing efficient professional services to run the day-to-day operations of their business.

• This is a System of preferred verified vendors who provide top class service for the best value.
• ZSE has a rating system for the vendors
• We have a vested interest in the success of our vendors. Workshops available to our vendors.
• Interventions with vendors when there are problems.
• Member signs up to become a Preferred Supplier (Special Agent) on the ZSE Platform
  • Agents enter Service Agreement with ZSE
  • Agents agree on terms of service such as:
    • Respect
    • Quality
    • Timeliness of delivery
    • Efficiency
    • Competitive Price
    • Follow-up
    • Was the vendor on time and on budget

• There are multiple criteria to rate the level of service provided by the Agents (Vendors)
  • Quality assurance – people who review the ratings
  • Vendors would have had to go through the system with at least 10 interactions and good ratings.
  • Vendors will have the opportunity to work with professionals for improvement
  • All review will be investigated. Low reviews are followed up on.
